The North Texas Wheelchair Hockey League consists of 2 teams in the North Texas Region. 

The North Stars team meet select Sundays, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, at Carpenter Rec Center at 6701 Coit Road, Plano, TX 75024. The Motor Mavs team meets at various times monthly at UT Arlington: 801 W. Greek Row Dr., Arlington, TX.
The NTWHL will have 4 divisions, based on varying levels of physical ability and mobility equipment. This league is for people who use a manual or power wheelchair for mobility. All players must have the ability to understand the program activities and full instruction. Participants will include those living with the most severe limited range of motion and less physical functionality, to those of persons with high-functioning upper body strength.

Official NTWHL Rules
 

Division 1-Person with a physical disability in a power wheelchair with high functioning upper body strength and will hold hockey stick on own ability.
Division 2- Person with a physical disability in a power wheelchair with limited range of motion and may or may not need hockey stick to be attached to the power wheelchair
Division 3- Person with a physical disability in a power wheelchair with very limited range of motion (may have breathing devices attached or in use) and hockey stick must be attached to the power wheelchair. Note: Speeds will be significantly slower in this Division.
Division 4-Person with a physical disability in a manual wheelchair. (Self propelling of own wheelchair is required)
